Consistent sizing across character styles. Our adult onesies share one adult size chart, our kids’ onesies share one kids’ size chart, and our baby rompers share one baby size chart—making it easier to choose your next character. Choose Adult, Kids or Baby & Toddler below, then select cm / kg or in / lb. Available sizes vary by style.

These charts apply to pajamas and rompers only. Blanket hoodies use a one-size adult fit; follow the individual product’s fit information. Inflatable costumes and hooded capes have their own height ranges or measurements, shown on their product pages. Available sizes vary by style; kids’ pajamas and baby rompers use different sizing.

Chest (½) = flat garment width under the arms.

How to Measure

  • Height: Measure from the top of the head to the floor, without shoes.
  • Body / garment length: Measure from the shoulder to the hem; follow the product diagram if provided.
  • Chest: Measure flat under the arms. Double for adult and kids’ Chest; use flat width for baby Chest (½).
  • Sleeve: Measure from the shoulder seam to the cuff.
  • Shoulder to Crotch: Measure from the shoulder to the crotch seam.
