Orders are generally prepared for shipment within 12 hours after payment confirmation, subject to product availability.

2. Free Worldwide Shipping
We offer free standard shipping worldwide to destinations supported at checkout, with no minimum order value. If your destination is unavailable, contact [email protected] before ordering. Applicable import duties and taxes are separate from shipping charges.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery after dispatch is 5–12 business days. Yoshi products shipped to the USA: estimated 2–5 business days. For other destinations, estimated delivery is 5–12 business days.
Delivery estimates are measured in business days (Monday–Friday), excluding public holidays. Order preparation time is additional. Preparation and delivery schedules for custom-made products are agreed separately.

4. Shipping Origin
Orders may be fulfilled from our Hong Kong fulfillment location or another authorized fulfillment partner, depending on inventory availability and the selected product.
The shipping origin does not necessarily indicate the registered location of the operating company.
